Verdict
With several racing who like to be at the head of affairs this should be run at a decent clip which will suit Hamaasy so he gets the vote ahead of Egyptian Lord, Garlogs, and Desert Dust. The selection sauntered to victory over six furlongs a week ago but will need a decent pace to follow up today. His trainer's horses are starting to hit some form as we gradually approach the flat season and a 7lb penalty may not be enough to stop him winning again. Egyptian Lord is consistent but his mark looks stiff enough, whilst Garlogs is certainly one for the placepot. Desert Dust has a good draw but his inexperienced rider will need to be on his toes for this sprint, whilst Hornpipe wasn't beaten far last time out (ahead of Garlogs) and must go close again. In an open race then, we will return to Hamaasy to go in again.
