In depth
Verdict
FOOLAAD (NAP) continued his late development when landing a hat-trick of course and distance wins. He’s taken to shrug off a further 4lb rise and confirm earlier running with Poyle Vinnie. Erissimus Maximus is capable at this level and has won on the Fibresand before. He returns to action along with Harry Hurricane while Ascot Day is back at this venue for the first time since landing a maiden here last year. Captain Lars won a seller at the track last month and has placed in four subsequent outings but Archimedes is racing from out of the weights and carrying a penalty for last week’s success in a much lower grade.
