In depth
Verdict
HAAJES, Grimes Faith and Garlogs all look to hold claims but it is hard to get away from Haajes who is a confident pick. Stuart Parr's five-year-old was far from disgraced last time in a competitive handicap, but he is dropped back into selling grade today and he should be able to make it count. Grimes Faith heads the list of alternatives as he won over this course and distance last time when he beat Colorus. He goes really well here and he is respected as a big danger to our selection. Garlogs finished well behind Grimes Faith in that same race here last time and as that contest has worked out quite well he should not be dismissed lightly. However, he does look to have a bit to find if he is to reverse form with Grimes Faith. She's Our Beauty also looks held by Grimes Faith on a run here last month, but we prefer the claims of Haajes who should prove tough to beat.
