Verdict
A tricky getting out stakes with a number of possibles in a moderate affair but marginal preference goes to Jamaican Flight. Sue Lamyman's charge is well in to the veteran stage of his racing career but has belied his advancing years with solid recent efforts including an all-the-way success at Pontefract last week. The 10-year-old stays forever and bounces off the fast ground so looks sure to put up another bold show despite a 6lb penalty. Spa Lane and Teorban also come here in winning form and will prove no pushovers off their revised weights while Amir Zaman was below his best last time but is capable of going close at his best and the booking of Pat Eddery could prove significant.
