Verdict
Plenty of these have winning form on the surface including Hammer Gun, who has won all three starts on the Fibresand so far though is 6lb higher today. Custard The Dragon and Alpha Tauri are others racing off higher marks than their latest wins but Pearl Spectre is back on a winning mark as he returns to his venue. SUPERSTA (NAP) returned a convincing winner when scoring in this grade over course and distance back in March and it's Mick Appleby’s charge that gets the vote on his first start on the Fibresand since.
