Verdict
Mulberry Lad,Tree Roofer and Ben Casey are three against the field in a dreadful affair and the narrow vote is given to Mulberry Lad. The selection was a fair second behind Venetian Princess last time out, that form looks rock solid in the context of this race and he need only run up to that mark to score. Tree Roofer rates the main danger on his ;latest second behind Gracie's Gift but that form has since been let down and for that reason he is opposed. Ben Casey is another that could go well on his latest third behind Rapid River but all his best efforts are over the minimum trip so again he looks vulnerable. Of the remainder Faithisflying is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market especially with first time cheek pieces on but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Mulberry lad who looks more consistent than most in the field.
