      Verdict

      Tresabella looks up against it, but Hunting Gonk went close in testing ground at Ayr last time and Halling's Quest is expected to improve on his debut sixth at Salisbury. Baileys Dutch and Burnhope are related to winners and the former hails from last year's winning yard, but fellow newcomer THIRD HALF is of more interest. Tom Dascombe's charge is a half-brother to top-class stablemate and St Leger runner-up Brown Panther, who incidentally scored at this track on his racecourse debut, and he gets the vote.
