Verdict

TRIXSTER won a maiden hurdle at Warwick three weeks ago. Tim Vaughan’s charge is taken to defy a penalty in this given the other winner, La Fille Francaise, scored over course and distance back in May and hasn’t raced since. Vinnie Lewis has won off today’s mark over fences but was a well-beaten third over these obstacles on his reappearance while Wishful Tinker is worth a second glance on his racecourse debut representing Dan Skelton’s yard.
