Anton Chigurh scored over track and trip last month and went close again here on his latest start. He beat Stun Gun on both occasions while Essenaitch was well ahead of Alpha Tauri when landing a double over 7f here three weeks ago and is upped 6lb. ZORAVAN is penalised for last week’s course and distance victory in maiden company but she scored by four lengths and if earlier results went to plan, she could crown a successful day for Keith Dalgleish’s yard by landing this. A prolific course winner in his day, it’s been over a year since Royal Holiday last won here and a big hike in the weights for winning here last month has put the brakes on Macho Mac’s progress.
