Verdict

LINE OF DESCENT could only manage second at Uttoxeter when bidding for a hat-trick but he still finished a distance clear of the rest when beaten by the in-form Do It For Thy Sen, who has subsequently completed a treble, so Warren Greatrex’s charge gets another chance. Do No Wrong was travelling well when falling at Bangor having won his previous start at Cartmel but Annie Nail finished second of only four runners at Uttoxeter and is now 6lb higher than when last successful.
