        Verdict

        Ann Stokell runs both Pull The Pin and Waabel, with Paul Mulrennan riding the former, but neither has shown much lately. Alpha Tauri has never won over the minimum trip but this is Shawkantango's ideal distance and he's already won seven times over track and trip. Beacon Tarn, eased a couple of pounds since his latest course and distance third, must have every chance under a useful 3lb claimer but we fancy KEEP IT DARK to go close as well. He's not figured on three previous starts on the all-weather but was in very good form on Turf last year off similar marks and is from a yard that's going well at present - the stiff 5f here should suit.
