Verdict

CROSSE FIRE (NAP) is having his 50th race on the track and has gained all of his nine all-weather victories here. He's only gone up 1lb for his latest success and can take this as he's won from higher marks in the past. Point Zero has won three times on the track already this year and was tackling Class 4 company when well beaten a fortnight ago. Back in his correct grade he should get into contention though Marble Bar may prove more of a threat. He proved a revelation on his track debut two weeks ago when shooting out of the stalls and making all for a 7l victory though he's been hit with a 12lb rise. Gabrial The Tiger has never won around here but wasn't beaten far in his only start on the track and arrives in decent form having won at Wolverhampton last month.
