        Verdict

        Night Of Romance ran poorly here in February but has done better at Lingfield and Newcastle in subsequent starts. Her stable also run Dabirstar, beaten a head over the track and trip in December before finding a mile much too far on a return visit last month. Kath's Toyboy had looked a likely future winner when placed in his opening two races but was beaten when odds-on at Wolverhampton and ran poorly back there last month. Tenth Century showed good pace for Michael Bell last season but was well beaten in a similar race to this at Catterick three weeks ago. DRIFTWOOD has had all of her seven runs here, finishing runner-up in the last four including when long odds-on over 7f last time. She's probably better over this trip and, though not one to rely on, looks to have been found another opportunity.
