Tobeeornottobee scored easily at Newcastle last month but has yet to race on this surface and has been raised 11lb. MELGATE MAGIC also has a hefty hike in the weights to contend with but Mick Easterby’s charge won by over three lengths over course and distance and will take some pegging back if allowed his own way in front once again. Champagne Mondays narrowly beat Bawtry Lady in a classified race here recently though both have been well beaten back in handicap company subsequently but Not So Shy posted a much better effort at Lingfield on only her second start for current connections and could go well.
