In depth

Verdict

Mount Etna was snapped by by Nicky Henderson following a narrow defeat in a Larkhill point-to-point in November. His yard sent out the winner of this 12 months ago. Lord Of Thunder could be another useful recruit from the point-to-point circuit and Chevington finished runner-up at Hereford in February. WESTERNINTHEPARK also found only one too good last month at Huntingdon. He has bags of scope and could go one better here, though Exeter runner-up Banteer is sure to attract support given connections and Titan Discovery didn’t do a lot wrong at Newbury.
