Verdict

Blairs Cove will be fancied to complete his hat-trick but this is no straightforward task. The younger KING CNUT is also upped in grade but won well over a short distance here last month having finished a fair third over this trip at Exeter earlier. Lord Bryan was pulled up last time at Kempton but again gave the impression that 3m was too far and he could easily bounce back. Wolfcatcher has had a break while Cut The Corner, who won on this card 12 months ago, looks to be on the downgrade and Western Miller has also become disappointing, though is a course and distance winner.
