      Verdict

      Maragun was a useful hurdler at his best but his form had tailed off dramatically before making an inauspicious start to his chasing career at Hereford in June. The six-year-old was readily outpointed before being pulled up and now has something to prove back over timber under top weight. Tory Boy was a convincing winner at Southwell last time but has been raised 7lb since and may find underfoot conditions too testing. Ocean Line may need this after an absence so the TEAMtalk selection is Night Fighter who will handle conditions and shaped well in slightly better company on his last start in late May.
