In depth

Verdict

Poor old Creevytennant still retains plenty of enthusiasm but is giving lumps of weight to younger though admittedly inferior rivals. Though successful at Towcester earlier, ROYALRAISE (NAP) weakened approaching the last and was caught by Garde Ville, who runs earlier on the card, at Warwick last month. He has winning form over this shorter trip and can regain the winning thread. Forever My Friend should be thereabouts off this sort of mark while Curraigflemens beat Sam Cavallaro in this 12 months ago but is 7lb higher now. Persian Snow has questions to answer nowadays.
