In depth
Formwatch
Eden Dancer Won his last two starts (fences) over 2m 4.5f, but has previously won over the shorter trip; reverts to hurdles today and would be a serious contender.
Xaipete (IRE) He was also entered for the 2m1.5f Handicap Chase. Fell last time out of Perth (out of contention at the time). Has been a useful horse but latest form only moderate with his previous winner in August of last year.
Bering Gifts (IRE) Consistent performer who won last time out at Huntingdon carrying top weight. Stays with his regular pilot and one to consider today.
Lanzlo (FR) C&D winner in July, has since run on the flat, and may have sharpened him up for today's contest; has a serious chance.
Bohill Lad (IRE) A horse who needs top of the ground. He won a chase at Newton Abbot in July. Very able over bothe hurdles and fences; would have place chances today.
Moon Glow (IRE) Tailed off when pulling up on last start here. Beaten 17l by Lanzlo here in July; others preferred.
Edipo Re Running out of the handicap here, but cannot be dismissed with back to back wins over this trip in May although against very moderate company. Cannot be ignored.
