Verdict

APPRECIATE includes a course and distance success in his four-timer. He only needed to be pushed out to score at Worcester last time and may not have finished winning yet. Beat The Heat was raised 9lb for winning at Fontwell two runs and could only manage third on his latest start but Follow Your Fire won off a similar mark over fences at Hexham in May. James Park Woods and Eagle's Realm are fit from the Flat but the former has the better form over timber.
