Verdict

Two Past Eight was well supported when making a successful hurdling debut at Aintree and though penalised normal progress will see him in contention. He has to concede 7lb to Sunrise Boy, who finished 15 lengths back in fourth, but should confirm the form, while Devil's Kingdom was well beaten in sixth and Angel's Voice tailed off. Vitani was beaten 68 lengths when runner-up at Newton Abbot but Milton Harris would love to win this race and SWISS MONEY, a winner twice from five starts on the Flat in France including a Longchamp handicap last month, could be the one to beat. Saisissante won four times on the level in France and any rain would aid her cause.
