In depth

Verdict

Market Rasen winner OLD PALS ACT couldn't justify favouritism at Southwell next time but wasn't beaten far and blinkers could sharpen him up a little here. He gets the nod to recoup losses as there are question marks surrounding most of his rivals. Nikos Extra looks a light of former days and Olympian Boy looks very one-paced nowadays. Citrus Mark and Civil Unrest are both returning from a break and probably best watched. Faustina Pius was second on her chasing bow but is facing more experienced chasers here while this looks too sharp for Got Attitude.
