In depth

Shingle Street gets the confident with Federstar and Royal Master rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second on his hurdling debut behind Polar Passion that sets the standard in the context of this race and with improvement likely he will be hard to beat. Federstar rates the main danger as he was a fair sort on the level in his native Germany and he will not need to be anything special to take a hand in the finish in this moderate race. Royal Master is only rated 37 on the flat but hails from a yard that does well in this sphere so he should be noted in the market. Of the remainder Ferrara Flame showed a modicum of ability on the flat and is another with place claims but for the winner we return to Shingle Street who looks sure to put his experience to good use.
