Verdict

A winner over an extended 3m2f at Newton Abbot three years ago, Judge Earle has been going well in this grade but FLYING VERSE is an even stronger stayer and recent wind surgery has been a success judged on his close second here three weeks ago when On Time was third – he’s now 11lb lower than his last winning mark. Mr Woody made a winning start over fences at Ffos Las in June with a subsequent run coming back over hurdles. Port O'Clock should be winning soon and On The Bandwagon has been lightly raced but Regaby has a bit to prove at present.
