Verdict
Tiananmen and Pearl Spice are coming along nicely but may just need more time and EL TOREROS may be too streetwise for the pair. Lawney Hill's charge has shown improved form the last twice under more aggressive tactics, culminating in a comfortable Newton Abbot success last time. Conor Shoemark is good value for his claim and the gelding can follow up off an 8lb higher mark. Take The Crown and Iguacu both failed to back up wins last time when most disappointing, especially the former who ran no sort of race at all, but should be more competitive on the back of a good break and rates the prime threat.
