In depth
Verdict
Ice Saint, a good winner over this course last time out, looks the one to be on despite his penalty and a drop back in trip. Light Programme won a similar contest over two miles at Wolverhampton last time out and if he can prove that was no fluke must enter calculations. Were Not Stoppin showed improved form to win at Uttoxeter last time out and if this hard puller can be settled in the early stages, he too should go close. Preferred was a disappointing well backed favourite last time out at Worcester and is obviously thought capable of better, so is worth a cautionary look in the market.
