In depth

Verdict

Before The War has improved since being stepped up in distance and Polly Gundry's four-year-old can't be discounted on his handicap debut. Practice Round would be interesting if attracting market support but Whereveryougoigo has yet to prove he stays this far and Uncle Keef is already starting to look exposed. CITRUS MARK tries a new trip but he's a half-brother to 2m5f winner Rosita Bay and out of a dam that stayed 3m2f so should last home and he's twice run well off a higher mark recently. He gets the vote though Mr Redwood could be a danger after an improved showing at Newton Abbot last time.
