    Verdict

Taroum makes a swift reappearance after winning at Huntingdon on Bank Holiday Monday. But he has a penalty to overcome and is giving 18lb to BURNS NIGHT if taking Adam Nichol's claim into consideration. Philip Kirby's charge deserves a change of luck after close seconds here and at Southwell. Blackstone Vegas has run twice on the Flat since finishing third over 2m7f here in June and has place claims again but none of the others make much appeal on recent form.
