Verdict

Ruby Walsh travels up from Uttoxeter where he is in action earlier in the day to ride Whisky Yankee here and though it's difficult to see why after a moderate debut at Warwick there must be a valid reason. KINGS LAD has a penalty to carry for his success at Warwick where his turn of foot in the last couple of furlongs was impressive. He's taken to go in again though Emperor Commodos, who led for a long way on his debut at Hereford and will be in receipt of lumps of weight with his jockey's claim, looks a major threat.
