Verdict

THIRD WIND gained a shock hurdling debut victory at Plumpton though showed it was no fluke when just failing to concede the useful Phoenix Way 6lb on a return visit. He has to concede weight all round but should be capable of doing so as My Way, placed in two Grade 3's over fences in France, hasn't shown much over timber and will do better when reverting to fences. Paint The Dream was a 100/1 chance at Huntingdon on Boxing Day but belied his odds with a fine run. He'll be suited by a test of stamina so some rain would help but Ourmullion was beaten a long way over the minimum trip here last month and Golden Anchor has shown little in three starts over timber.
