In depth

Verdict

FAME AND FUN still had every chance when unseating his rider two out at Wincanton having won earlier over this track and trip. It was later discovered that he’d spread a plate so there is every chance of compensation back here. Issar D'airy has a penalty for winning at Lingfield but will have similar conditions here so can’t be ignored. Handicap debutant Just Another One gets first-time cheekpieces and is also worth considering with Sassified, a winner on the Flat in Ireland, similarly unexposed over timber.
