Verdict

Plenty of promising types in what looks an open finale. Minella Charmer was trained in Ireland when third at Limerick in April and it will have done no harm to be transferred to Alan King. Rob Robin was nowhere near his best at Kempton in March and much more is expected while Subordinate will have come on for last month's run at Market Rasen, his first since an encouraging debut at Lingfield in December. WALKAMI was conceding 7lb to the winner when caught on the line at Uttoxeter in May and with his yard in tremendous form the lack of a recent run shouldn't be a problem so he can go one better. The newcomers Boudry and Misterton are well worth a market check, the latter being out of a mare who has produced winners with her first two foals to run.
