DESPEREAUX ran out at the last when there with every chance at Ffos Las then landed a Huntingdon maiden. He ran well back on the latter track under a penalty next time and looks the one to beat. Georgi Girl is also penalised for a comfortable debut success at Ludlow but she pulled too hard at Ffos Las next time, a race in which Doncaster winner Solomoon ran a shocker. Him Malaya also has questions to answer after a very poor run at Kempton while Jina, who pulled up when heavily supported for her debut at Ludlow, probably found fast ground against her at Newbury last month.
