Verdict

Gas Line Boy was beaten under a penalty at Exeter last month but still sets a decent standard here and has the beating of Alberobello on the form book. However, this looks quite competitive with Big Jer and Buck's Bond worth noting on their debuts under Rules. They make more appeal than fellow winning pointers Ikie Mo, Musical Knight and Rocky Bender on this occasion. Royal Native was third on his hurdles bow at Towcester but WILLOUGHBY HEDGE's run behind Cloudy Copper at Exeter looked a better effort and Alan King's King's Theatre gelding is fancied to open his account today.
