In depth

Verdict

Flight To Milan placed behind Saturday’s winner Timoteo on his chasing bow at Stratford and any improvement on that would see him go close in this modest heat. Drops Of Jupitor might be improving and his stable has been among the winners recently while Tactical Manoeuvre has won on the hurdles track here. CNOC SION won at Bangor in the autumn and led for a long way last month at Leicester. He’s not exactly unexposed but his experience may stand him in good stead in this. Midnight Owle has been placed in four of his nine chase starts but races from 9lb out of the handicap.
