    Verdict

William Buick has several promising rides here today, starting with THYER in this. Andrew Balding’s Gleneagles colt is out of a winning miler so the step up in trip will suit the Newbury third. Bella Wella finished last at York after winning at Carlisle so Times Ticking looks the best of the others with experience but a newcomer could prove a bigger threat with Laurens’ half-brother Scottish Reel representing Charlie Johnston and David O’Meara introducing Miaswell and Sayalittleprayer.
