Verdict

It was soft ground when ALL ABOUT TIME won at Ripon three weeks ago but all ground comes alike to David O'Meara's charge and she can go in again with further progress on the cards over today's longer trip. Scrutinise has been thereabouts on the all-weather surfaces of late and Scrapper Smith has a shout on his second at Ayr in July. Tapis Libre has been making hay in amateur races but will find this tougher with Marmion, a fair second at York two runs ago, and Searching making more appeal.
