Verdict
Bobski looks to be running into a bit of form now and has to be respected but Geoff Huffer's gelding may need some help from the handicapper and preference is for Malcheek, who gets the vote over Dakota Rain. The last mentioned should strip fitter for his recent return at Musselburgh and should appreciate today's faster ground, while Tough Love made an encouraging reappearance on Southwell's turf course last month and has slipped to a fair mark. Hits Only Heaven may need another run or two to put him spot on and of more interest may be Mick Easterby's Top Dirham for who a market move would be of significance. The vote though goes to Tim Easterby's Malcheek, who lost no caste in defeat behind Dabbers Ridge on his return over course and distance last month and he looks to still be on a fair mark having been raised just 3lbs for that effort.
