Verdict
TAMAYUZ MAGIC stepped up to this trip for the first time when runner-up to Lady Clitico at Ripon last month, prior to which he'd been in good heart when winning at Newcastle and a close third here over notably shorter trips. Hopefully Graham Gibbons can hold on to him for as long as possible and deliver a successful late thrust. Arizona John is a consistent veteran whilst Aneedh and Duke Of Yorkshire cannot be discounted either but the main threat may come from the three-year-old, Deep Blue Diamond. She's 3lb out of the weights but has shown improved form since moving to this trip and looked progressive when scoring at Beverley last time.
