Verdict
A Little Bit Dusty won this a year ago with a huge weight but hasn't scored since though he's run mostly over hurdles. He's won 15 races in his time, four more than the other course and distance winner in the line-up Amazing Blue Sky, who has had almost twice as many runs. Pinotage would have needed his run here a fortnight ago, his first since his good form in the early part of last year. Ingleby Hollow won a better handicap than this at Pontefract in June but is 8lb higher though like ON A PAR he hasn't had too much racing and could have more to give. The latter ran very well behind Tourtiere at Ayr last time with previous double winner Spokesperson behind and could just have the edge here. Spirit Of The Sea has yet to win but should do so soon and was staying on over 1m2f at Ayr last time.
