It was soft going when Rasheeq won at Nottingham last week with previous winner Poet's Pride well behind. Liamba was placed yet again when runner-up at Southwell and headgear is applied but Sfumato won off a similar mark at Catterick last season and will be sharper for a recent comeback. Novice winner Debawtry has plenty of scope debuting for a new yard but GINGER JAM scored with a bit in hand over course and distance a week ago and Nigel Tinkler’s charge may be worth sticking with in this.
