        Verdict

        Fyrecracker beat a decent yardstick reverting to 7f at Musselburgh but isn’t as well drawn here. Hitman and the less-exposed Airglow have fared even worse while Cryptonite seem best on the all-weather. ACRUX has only won sellers at Redcar and Leicester recently but may be worth following now he’s rediscovered how to get his head in front. Chaplin Bay would be a danger if back on-song but Searanger was due to run yesterday at Carlisle.
