      Verdict

      SPENNITHORNE never looked like catching the winner when third on her debut at Newbury but this is easier and normal progress should see her go close. Similar also applies to Kempton third Ribbing and this looks between the latter pair. The newcomer Gold Merlion is bred for further and the remainder with racecourse experience inspire little confidence with Kiri Sunrise perhaps proving best of them.
