Wick Powell made a winning start at Southwell but that was back in April and he hasn’t raced since. Dandy Highwayman only won a maiden race at Beverley and it remains to be seen how he fares now handicapping for the first time along with Carson City, well beaten in the Weatherbys Super Sprint last time. But THE NAZCA LINES has already gone close in a couple of nurseries either side of winning a maiden and was ahead of Poet's Society at Chester a week ago. John Quinn’s charge gets the nod to come out best.
