KODICAT (NAP) has been thereabouts recently and went close over track and trip before finding one too good at Haydock. Kevin Ryan’s filly finished in front of Burtonwood last time and Gemma Tutty’s allowance further helps her cause. It was soft going when Cliff won over track and trip earlier and he went close again off today’s higher mark at Redcar last week. He’s preferred to Scoundrel whose best form so far has come over the minimum trip including last month’s success at Musselburgh.
