In depth

Verdict

Several of these showed similar levels of form on their debuts but CASABLANCA LILY, who receives plenty of allowances, was a very good third behind two useful performers at Gowran in January and gets the nod. Dantes Firth also produced a strong performance at Gowran when close up behind Kilcrea and Theboathome showed enough promise behind Scrapper Jack at Limerick to suggest she can get involved. Vic Chic was sent to Hereford for her debut but didn't show too much so point-to-point winner Top Madam, the mount of Katie Walsh, is more likely to do better here.
