Shannon Royale won a Clonmel bumper in April and started long odds-on for his hurdling debut at Fairyhouse but couldn't handle Skradin, who was receiving 13lb. LECKY WATSON was first past the post in a Punchestown bumper last November but was disqualified and placed second. A close fourth in the championship bumper at Cheltenham, he didn't run up to that form back at Punchestown but looks a smart prospect for hurdling. Secrecies Of Stone may have won a point at Boulta last December but for falling at the last and will be better for a run over timber at Listowel in September. Winning point-to-pointer Sam Magee has been disappointing so far over timber.
