Verdict

New World had disappointed when tackling 2m4f at Roscommon in May but reappeared with a fine run over this trip behind Montys Meadow at Cork. The third won on Saturday so the form looks strong. I'M ALL YOU NEED had shown some promise in bumpers but wasn't expected to make much of an impact on her hurdling debut at Clonmel where she started 50/1. However, she ran a superb race behind Keppols Queen and with her mares' allowance to aid her cause she can go one better. Macbride is unbeaten in his last three bumpers and is an obvious threat to all. He's come up against a couple of smart performers and could be very useful but the concession of 17lb to the selection may just prove beyond him at this stage and he'll be a short enough price. The remainder have plenty of improvement to make if they are to get involved.
