In depth

Verdict

Gordon Elliott’s bumper team this season looks as strong as in previous years and it is significant that Jamie Codd has been booked for winning pointer GLENGLASS, a £155,000 half-brother to useful bumper and hurdles winners. Salt Wind, another winner between the flags, was a promising second over course and distance two weeks ago on his debut under Rules and newcomer Lucky Tenner is worth a market check but this race otherwise lacks strength in depth.
