In depth

Verdict

Folsom Blue, runner-up in a Grade 2 over timber, has been racing over much longer trips though he's invariably at the head of affairs so may be suited by the minimum. Mount Colah looks as though he may be a better chaser than hurdler as he's performed with credit in his two runs over the bigger obstacles, the latest behind the classy Mozoltov at Fairyhouse. Dawerann should make a chaser in time but KALMANN is taken to recoup losses sustained when he fell at Clonmel. A winner on heavy ground over hurdles at Auteuil, he was travelling very easily on his chasing debut but came to grief two out and should have learned from the experience.
